Gongje from Kosovo had a hard time landing a job without any diplomas of basic education. The first job we found was to work as a cleaner but it was clear that she had the potential of becoming a salesperson. In 2017 she joined the WOW-trainee programme and is now a hostess for selling cars WOWs partner Rejmes.

NESENese came from Turkey in 2006, joined WOW in 2013 and started vocational training to become a chef in 2014 which allowed her to work in 2015. Today she has a permanent position in a kitchen at an care home for elderly.

Noor fled from Damascus, Syria, in 2015. She studied Accounting at the University of Damascus, however, never graduated because of the war. She joined WOW in 2016 and started the WOW-trainee programme in 2017 training to be an Accounting Assistant at Rejmes.

SHAHADShahad is a building engineer from Iraq. Despite her high level of education finding a job in Sweden was difficult. With our WOW contacts she first did an internship at MTA followed by further studies and now a job at Stena Recycling.

Fahamida came to Sweden from Bangladesh in 2012. In Bangladesh, she studied Social Sciences and worked as an actress. Today she is a highly appreciated kinder garden teacher.
