“A Job is the fastest route to integration”

The combination of the WOW network and WOW’s One Goal enables migrant women to enter the labour market faster. This benefits society on many levels - individuals, companies with a shortage of staff and public institutions that bear the cost of non-working people.

Why OneGoal?

Unemployment among migrants is one of today’s biggest challenges. The impact of getting a job is significant - for society as well as for the job seeker on a personal level. Job skills and languages are taught in classrooms but what about personal connections, social skills and self-esteem? How did you find your first job? Many of us got our first job through somebody we know.

What is OneGoal?

The method of OneGoal was created in 2013 and is built on empirics; overcoming the real problems migrants face in getting a job.

Our method is to reach our one goal - for our job-seeker to start working. It involves a structured and individualised approach to employment, exposure to the local culture and society and one to one coaching.
