What is a “WOW Lunch”?

The WOW Lunch is a meeting place for women who otherwise never would have met.

What do we do?

A TWO hour LUNCH EVERY MONTH.

• We are 50% local and 50% migrant women

• Every lunch starts with the WOW Presentation where one of the women give a presentation sharing her background, things she is good at, important milestones and her dreams

• We discuss a specific topic, such as, upbringing of children, culture differences and health care, among others.

• We always have a seating plan in order to mix migrants and locals and to maker sure everyone feels welcome.

Where do we meet?

Our lunches take place at Svarta Örnshuset, Erik Dahlbergsgatan 2, Halmstad, Sweden.
